THE GLOBAL COORDINATOR

For each service, we put at your disposal a team of experienced professionals. Fully dedicated to the satisfaction of your demands 7 days a week, throughout the year, each of your requests is directly supervised by your account manager, the Global Coordinator.


Moreover, besides your usual interlocutors, one or more on-site coordinators will be delegated, so as to ensure the success of your event. In this way, we put at the disposal of our clients several allied services according to their needs (such as added signage, delivery of documents, security and body guards, connected fleet, personal meet-and-greet at airports and stations, etc.).

RISK PREVENTION

The day before the services (whatever be the country and city), a coordinator will double-check all the details of your program such as distance and driving time, pick-up time and pick-up location, itinerary, etc., as well as any local external event which may impact your day. An hour prior to each ride, a coordinator will also confirm all details with each allocated driver.
